I like my fridge. The door shelves are wide and clear, so I can fit milk jugs and see short jars with no problem. The inside shelves could be better configured so space isn't wasted. The light at the top is blocked from the bottom shelves by whatever you've got stored. The fridge door swings all the way open with too much force (wish the door would just stay still if open 90 degrees or more). It does great cooling and freezing, has plenty of room and a door chime when the door is left open.

I love my Frigidare refigerator! When I bought it I wasn't aware there was only a one year warranty on it! Most of the other brands had 5 to 10 year warranty! Got me wondering why Frigadare doesn't stand by their product for more than one year?

While I haven't even moved into my new home yet, I purchased this refrigerator to be able to turn it on and be sure it was working, etc. I absolutely love it. I especially love the see through shelves in the refrigerator & freezer. You can actually see what you have, especially items that you lay on the shelves. The temperatures are great. I can't use the ice maker because I have a cistern so it would just end up clogging the tube. I wish I could. I love the idea of the air filter. The ice maker filter is a great idea. So happy that I purchased this.

Y'all this fridge is great. It has ample amount of storage and with all the shelves, it is so easy to have a nice, organized fridge. The ice maker and water in the door works great! It was also quite the quick, easy install once we were able to fit the fridge in the house. We love this fridge. Such a great purchase!

We really like our new refrigerator. Good storage in both the freezer and the main compartment. The input of water to make ice and the dumping of ice was louder than we anticipated, but have grown used to it. The paddles for releasing ice or water could be slimmer, but function well. The light for the ice/water area is difficult to find in a dark room - maybe a small lite dot could mark the push area. We appreciate the quick arrival time of this refrigerator and the functionality of this model.

I had a previous model of this refrigerator and I can tell there are some nice improvements from the previous model. One thing you did miss is the number of shelves. There is a space for another lower shelf but, there is no support for the shelf nor is there another shelf to put there.

This frig has so much room in it. We love the glass shelves so you can see down below food. The ice maker makes small square ice cubes so they fit in a lot of our cups and bottles. We didn™™t think we would like the side by side cuz we had one before but this has so much room in freezer. We were worried it wasn™™t going to fit the space they had for a frig but it fits like a glove. We told everyone in our condo about it. Love it!!!

The fridge offers great space, keeps things cool and frozen as it should. Ice maker is lacking™¦doesn™™t seem to want to make ice very often. Had it replaced and it works a little better, but still not as expected. Still have to use a separate ice maker to supplement.

Overall I like this refrigerator; it has lots of room whereas I can stack my leftovers whereas I could not do that in my old refrigerator. The only thing that I don't like is that you have to be careful when filling your glass with ice because if the glass is not positioned correctly you can get ice on the floor or worse you will accidently hit the water level and water goes everywhere.

This compressor will go out and the repairs are very expensive. Our first one lasted about a year and a half. We bought a second one, as the price was good and thought it can™™t happen twice? Well, 6 months into the new fridge same problems™¦loud pops and fizzing noises. Moreover, we have been told™¦without video/audio evidence the warranty will not be honored. So be careful™¦ a great price but a poor refrigerator.

Needs to have more crisper drawers in frig;Light in water/ice maker feature should come in automatically when dispensing; refrig door would be nicer if the door would stop and hold midrange rather than stopping when totally open. Otherwise good product.

My wife and I really like our new Frigidaire refrigerator/freezer. We chose white to match our other appliances and the new fridge stand out with its crisp, clean look. The fridge also has the features we were looking for. Seems like a small thing that the water filter is top right on the inside. I'm 82 and a lower grille filter was out of the question. One of the main features we were looking for was the exterior ice and water dispensers. The control panel on the freezer door edge is also a nice touch.

Within the first two weeks of owning the fridge frost and condensation are appearing inside the refrigerator. A repairman is coming out in the morning to take a look at it. It is still cooling just fine for now. Hopefully the repairman can fix the problem. Otherwise the refrigerator is working fine. We like the features that come with it.

Love this Frigidaire! Very spacious, easy to see what is in the refrigerator. This is our first side by side refrigerator and we love it. The freezer is also spacious and holds a lot more than our last refrigerator. We are enjoying our ice and water dispenser which is an other feature our last refrigerator didn't have. Would I recommend this refrigerator, most definitely!

As others have commented - the freezer side could use more shelves, the fridge could use either one more shelf or a deli-drawer. We have owned this fridge for a year now, it was in a home we purchased. It took a few tries to understand how to load the fridge, adjust shelves, temperatures and vents to keep food from freezing in the refrigerator side, and keep food cold enough. But, it does work. A few weeks ago, the unit shuddered loudly, next morning, we noticed the temperature in the 'fridge had begun to drop. A repairman came, several days later, but since I'd unplugged the fridge and opened it to keep it from becoming mildewed while we waited, he couldn't find the problem. We plugged it back in, and it worked. Now week later, the freezer fan is making a horribly loud noise continuously. The repairman assumes there is a leak associated with the ice maker which is icing the freezer fan, and that I should check with you to see if there has been a problem reported with the ice maker. Since this is outside your website's FAQs, I would dearly love to talk to a human being to trouble shoot this, but neither you, nor the large appliance repair company will allow this, I am frustrated.

I have 4 Frigidaire window units that I have no issue with, this refrigerator is disappointing. It is a side by side, which I have had before, the freezer is much smaller than the fridge. When getting ice, especially crushed, the ice goes flying all over the floor and the front of the freezer. The only way to prevent some that is by holding the cup all the way up not being able to see how much ice you are getting. There is no water tray to catch any water or ice (that does come out) that may drip during use. I am always having to wipe the front of the freezer, collect ice and water from where there should be a catch tray and wipe my floor. As if that is not bad enough the ice maker does not make very much ice and is obnoxiously loud.

Refrigerator side door does not shut and seal completely. I either have to slam the door or push on it hard after I shut it to ensure a seal. Went back to Lowes and was told after 48 hours all issues have to be taken up with the manufacture. Way to go Lowes.

I'm so glad we chose this model. Our repair person recommended Frigidaire for the reliable ice maker, and it's great. I'm still getting used to the sound it makes, but the size of the cubes is perfect. The storage is spacious but it could use one more door shelf than it comes with. Overall I'm very happy with this new fridge.

Needed to replace an aging fridge and this Frigidaire checked off most of what I wanted while staying within my price range. A few disappointments, and the reason for 4 out of 5 stars: 1 - No deli drawer (and no option to purchase one from Frigidaire), however there are plenty of third party drawers that would work well.2 - Does not dispense cold water (which I became used to with my old fridge).3 - Very few shelf adjustment options. For me, having 1 or 2 additional height options would be perfect, but I'll get used it.4 - Shelves & bins feel thinner & cheaper than any other fridge I've owned. Otherwise I'm very satisfied with this purchase. 1 - Food and ice in the freezer stay frozen and food in the refrigerator stays cold. 2 - Relatively quiet operation.3 - Ice dispenser holds a lot of ice and I like the size of the cubes.4 - Very simple operation. Easy to change temps & filters.5 - I like that the compressor shuts off when the door is open and the fridge beeps if the door is open too long / not fully shut. Bottom line, it does what it's designed to do and apart from a few missing conveniences I'd recommend it for a basic side-by-side refrigerator, which is just what I was looking for.

Had to adjust the temperature after the installation because food was FREEZING in the refridgerator section! Also the ice maker is VERY NOISY! We can hear it from the bedroom all night! Otherwise the price was ok.Delivery was difficult and they did dmage the wall by the door, but overall it was quickly accomplished

We've had our Frigidaire refigerator for a couple of weeks now, and for the most part, it's been OK. I say this because we've been looking for a white, French door/freezer on the bottom model with ice and water for so many months, we had almost given up. But we actually found one at a local appliance store, so we were very excited.The ice maker is less than what one would expect. It took several days to make just 4 cups of ice (I was dispensing into a bowl normally used for baking, it has cup measurements inside). I use a lot of ice regardless of the season, so this was my "must have" for a fridge. So this is very disappointing for me. And the water that is dispensed is not cold; (we read in the owner's manual that that is normal for this model) but we didn't know that at the time of purchase. My husband only drinks water (coffee in the morning). Cold water from the fridge was his "must have" for our fridge, so he's really disappointed, too. And I just discovered the seal on the freezer door isn't right, so a serviceman is coming out later this month. We expected quite a bit more for the money we spent.

Refrigerator was a gift and we love it....... Only negative about it is that the ice maker is very loud and doesn't make much ice through the day....... (It also would have been great to have a 3rd drawer for cold cuts & cheeses, etc)

We bought the fridge because we needed a new one right away. It was the best choice for what we needed. It will do the job for now. The light in the refrigerator is not very good. Once you put food in the shelfs lighting is bad.
